印象*张书嘉

    今天在邯郸新闻学院蔡冠深报告厅开了张书嘉的讲座,更确切地说应该是交流会吧,名字叫“书时代*嘉年华”,个人觉得还是不错的标题。会场的人不是特别多,250人的报告厅大概坐满了2/3吧,相信如果在3206人应该都铺出来了,人气肯定更旺,不过蔡冠深也有好处,氛围不错,粉红色的小沙发感觉很温馨,小小的玻璃台上放一束鲜花就很pp了,跟一般电视访谈的规格差不多了,还是很有感觉得~~~

    五点多去校门口接了张书嘉,第一眼看到她觉得她跟电视里看到的差不多,不过貌似没有想象中那么高大,感觉电视里的她高高大大的,难道是钟建宏和邵奕嘉都很矮吗?!~恩,她本人真的蛮pp的,而且比印象中和蔼可亲多了!完全没有节目报到中那种尖锐、高傲的感觉,很nice的一个女生,说话都很温柔,她穿了件粉红色的立领小西装,黑色的裤子,感觉很干练,本来坐在车里,看到我们就出来了,还是很客气的,他的司机大哥也很客气,我们同学不小心叫了他一声大叔,他也没怎么生气,后来还帮我们搞了电脑,人也很好,呵呵~~~

    今天邵奕嘉也在我们学校办讲座,结果我们就想能不能让双嘉来个现场互动,于是我们两位mm就去围追阻截“邵家长”,可是被主办方的研究生jj无情的当场拒绝了,汗,不爽阿~~~

    挨着就是正题——讲座了,开始有些混乱,开场的video放不出来,后来还是通过控制室放的,不过之后的流程就都挺顺利的。开始是一个访谈,问了一些有关创业、选秀、生活等等方面的问题,问得不是很有体系,不过张书嘉还是很nice的,每个问题都滔滔不绝的讲了很多,可能是刚开始的缘故吧,大家还是听得比较多,后来Q&A,头一个女生就很高级的问了很多比较直白的问题,还问了有些什么花絮可以和大家分享的,气氛一下子就活泼很多了,张书嘉讲的也很high,后来大家提问越来越踊跃,还有人是从邵奕嘉讲座那跑过来的,爽!接着张书嘉还现场教了我们制做面人,一个男生两个女生和她一起做的,很Q的粉红色小猪,大家全都挤到了讲台前,人头那个叫攒动阿!就看到无数只手机、照相机还有录像机在面前晃动,张书嘉的手很灵巧的在那里转阿柔阿搓阿,然后一只很可爱很可爱的小粉猪就出现了,大家都争着想要留作纪念,最后还是被我们团学联强留下来了,哈哈~~~~

    最后气氛很high啊,大家都争着要我们做的书签,然后给张书嘉签名,张书嘉一张一张签过来,我看得都觉得手酸了,当名人果然不容易啊,作为主办方,我们也假公济私了一回,让她帮我们多签了几张,呵呵,后来大家还一起合了影,挺开心的一天,恩!

讲座阿讲座阿~~

    好久没写东西了,果然还是很懒啊~~~~~

    Space终于秀逗好了,大家都可以进了吧,之前也没设过权限,结果大伙都说进不来,我的rp问题吧~~~

    最近几个礼拜都很忙,学校工作好多,又不幸的感冒了,感觉天昏地暗的,天天晕眩的不得了,感觉飘飘然的,汗~~~再下去可以升仙了~

    上周CDC来我们学校做了有关"关爱女性健康”的讲座,本来觉得这类话题的讲座感兴趣的人可能不会很多,也没怎么很care,结果跑到邯郸一看,俄!怎一个牛字了得阿~进门正门口高悬着本次讲座的大红色的巨型横幅,听说是通过区政府从学校这边下的,心里想,CDC果然牛啊!要是我们这种小娄娄能在三教前挂个小横幅就不错了~他们还带了很多很多很多海报、传单、宣传品、纪念册还有红丝带,貌似都不用钱似的,出手就是豪放阿,后来知道他们还在新闻晚报上登了头版头条有关今天的讲座,汗阿!和他们吃饭时我们几个只好一边吃一边低着头猛发信息,只要是个人、认识的、在学校的、统统都群发了,担心晚上的讲座要是没人来,那可就糗大发了!担心得熬过了吃饭,只好硬着头皮带他们去教室了~结果~到了教室,喜出望外阿!不知道是我们拉人的工夫了得,还是rp震得很好,教室里居然已经坐满了2/3,后来还源源不断地来人,哈哈~心里的石头踏踏实实的落地了!虽然有很多男生是被我们强拉来的,但不管怎么样,结果还是不错滴!后来讲座过程中,大家居然都兴致高昂,讲座出乎意料的火爆!还有个男生很“荣幸”的自愿当起了model,背着那个fakebreast感觉很滑稽、搞笑,他说他是替他女朋友来听的,突然觉得他很体贴,有这样的男朋友她应该很幸福吧~大家对那个fakebreast貌似非常感兴趣,讲座刚结束,就看到几乎所有的人突然间都冲上去了!那阵势!太可怕了~~只看到无数只手一瞬间都挤到了那个fakebreast上,不管看得见看不见,大家都拼命的想用手感觉一下肿块到底是个啥样子~我居然还看见了一个大叔也把手放了上去~汗||||||||~后来还有很多女生要殷医生帮他们检查一下是否有异常,结果我们订了八点半的车,九点多医生还被严严实实的堵在了厕所出不了,女生们对自己的健康真得很关注阿~应该说也是件好事情吧^.^

今天我们在邯郸还有一场讲座,邀请了创智赢家冠军张书嘉来讲一下她的创业理念,结果昨晚又很shock地发现,邵奕嘉今天居然也来我们学校做讲座,双嘉果然很有缘阿,要是哪个学院把钟建宏今天也搞过来就高级了,创智赢家可以在我们学校开宣传会了,呵呵~~~不管怎么样,希望今天的讲座也能成功吧!

Learning from The Apprentice

    Recently I've been watching a fantastic TV show, that is, The Apprentice. I'm completely fascinated in it. I really think it's a great show that I learnt a lot, really a lot from, about the way doing busniess, about the way getting alone with people who can be your friends and can be your enemies as well, and the most important, about life itself.
    Every season, 16 excellent candidates come together to Mr Trump's office to go through the 15 week job interview, they would be given one task each week, the two group have to compete with each other, the group which do a better job would be given a great award while the loser have to go to the boardroom where somebody would be fired. Only the most outstanding person is ganna  survive in this game at last, and he/she would be "the apprentice" to manage one of Mr Trump's companies in the next one year, which is really a dream job.
    Everytime, Mr Trump would send a task to test the candidates' power of leadership, skill of negotiation, to test whether they have passion and energy for their mission, whether they have the ability of inovation, and also to test if they have the talent of saling and marketing and interpersonal skills. As we all know, leadership is one of the most important things that a great leader should have. How to be a PM, how to put all the strong persons in your team in their best place and how to motivate them to work for you as hard as possible, that's difficult. As a leader, I personally think, one should deal well with each team members, encourage them, motivate them, show your willingness to listen to their advices,
 get their support. Never be too centralization, that will make you hostiled, but never be too decentralization as well, that will show your incapable, which is, I think, even worse.
     16 candidates are from all classes of work, everybody is smart, brilliant and hold a great background, how to suvive in the game is ganna be a tough mission. How to show your ability but not be hostile to other is critical. Because everyone is your competitors, if you're too strong, they'egonna together throw you out, but if you'r too weak, you'll be fired either.
It's pretty wise to hide some of your conspicuous and let the other persons fight with each other. It's also a good idea to stay with the strongest team until the last round. It's also helpful to have some of your "friends" to go together so that you can take care of each other till you both be the last two. But remember, in this game nobody is your friend, nobody is your enemy, everybody is your teacher.
    While you lost, Bardroom is a stange place, people play different in this sensitive situation, everybody's ganna  protect itself, they make every effort to defend themselves
not to be fired. Each one would have a strategy, who's ganna be in your side, who will turn against you, and you'll turn against whom? It's a psychology game, but all is exposed under the camera. It's just interesting to see that someone would say in a way and behave in another way, I was shocked at first, but task after task, day after day, I am getting used to it now. People play different in different situations. It's just their strategy. When you're sold out, you have to be careful with that person. I'm sold out once, shame on you, I'm sold out twice, shame on me.
   I learned a lot from the show. I know how to apply one's leadership, I know negotiation is one of the most important business skills, I know never to think of fairness in business. I know if you're wanna survive you have to get alone well with all your team members no matter whether you like them or not. I know as a salesman, you have to love your products first then you can sale them out. I know in some situations, you have to fight for yourself even you think you have to take some of the reponsibilities, never stop defending yourself, or that would mean give up.
    Business is tough, and Life is tough too, as they always are...
